杞菊地黄汤加味治疗白内障术后干眼症临床疗效观察

Clinical Effect Observation of Lycium Berry and Chrysanthemum and Rehmannia Pills in the Treatment of Dry Eye After Cataract Surgery

目的:观察杞菊地黄汤加味治疗白内障术后干眼症的临床疗效。方法:选择2018年6月至2019年5月本院治疗的白内障术后干眼症患者104例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组52例。对照组给予聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用杞菊地黄汤加味治疗。观察两组患者临床疗效、干眼症状评分、泪膜破裂时间(breakup time of tear film,BUT)、角膜荧光素染色(fluorescein staining of the cornea,FL)、泪液分泌试验(schirmer i test,SIT)、泪液基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)及不良反应。结果:观察组有效率92.31%,对照组有效率76.92%,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后BUT(12.16±1.80) s、SIT(11.69±1.91) mm·5 min-1,对照组BUT(11.69±1.91) s、SIT(9.63±1.47) mm·5 min-1,观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后FL(3.10±0.89)分、干眼症状评分(2.23±0.69)分、MMP-9(25.14±5.26)μg·L^-1,对照组FL(4.89±1.17)分、干眼症状评分(3.16±0.85)分、MMP-9(36.98±6.84)μg·L^-1,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:杞菊地黄汤加味联合聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼症能促进角膜上皮恢复,提升泪膜稳定性,且不良反应发生率低。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Lycium Berry and Chrysanthemum and Rehmannia Pills on dry eye after cataract surgery.Methods:A total of 104 patients with dry eye after cataract surgery treated in our hospital from June 2018 to may 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with polyethylene glycol eye drops,and the observation group was treated with Lycium Berry and Chrysanthemum and Rehmannia Pills on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacies,dry eye symptom score,tear break time of tear film(BUT),corneal fluorescein staining of the cornea(FL),tear secretion test(SIT),tear matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) and adverse reactions were observed.Results:The effective rate was 92.31% in the observation group and 76.92% in the control group.The observation group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,But(12.16±1.80) s,SIT(11.69±1.91) mm·5 min-1 in the observation group was higher than that in the control group:BUT(11.69±1.91) s,sit(9.63±1.47) mm·5 min-1 in,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,FL(3.10±0.89),dry eye symptom score(2.23±0.69),MMP-9(25.14±5.26) μg·L^-1,in the observation group were lower than those in the control group:FL(4.89±1.17),dry eye symptom score(3.16±0.85) and MMP-9(36.98±6.84) μg·L^-1,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Lycium Berry and Chrysanthemum and Rehmannia Pills combined with polyethylene glycol eye drops has a remarkable efficacy on dry eye after cataract surgery,can promote the recovery of corneal epithelium,improve the stability of tear film,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.
