膝痹消丸联合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎临床研究

Clinical Study on the Treatment of Senile Knee Osteoarthritis with Xibixiao Pill Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection

目的:观察膝痹消丸联合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:选择2017年2月至2019年2月就诊于河南省骨科医院骨伤科门诊的膝关节骨性关节炎患者80例,应用随机数字表法分为对照组39例和治疗组41例。对照组给予玻璃酸钠注射液关节腔注射治疗,治疗组予膝痹消丸口服联合玻璃酸钠注射液关节注射治疗。在治疗前后测定患者的AKSS评分、Lequesne指数、疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analog scale,VAS)评分、阳性体征等。结果:治疗组治疗后AKSS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后Lequesne指数、VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组有效率为90.24%,对照组有效率为74.35%,治疗组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后阳性体征发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:膝痹消丸联合玻璃酸钠注射液治疗老年膝关节骨性关节炎有效率高于单用玻璃酸钠注射液,能改善患者临床症状、缓解疼痛。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Xibixiao Pill(XBXP) combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection on senile knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 70 patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in Orthopedic Outpatient Department of Henan Orthopedic Hospital were selected divided into the control group with 39 cases and the treatment group with 41 cases.The control group was treated by intra-articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection,while the treatment group was treated with XBXP for oral administration and Sodium Hyaluronate Injection for knee joint injection.Before and after the treatment,AKSS score,Lequesne index,visual analog scale(VAS) and positive signs were measured.Results:After the treatment,the AKSS score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Lequesne index and VAS score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 90.24%,and that of the control group was 74.35%;the effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of the positive signs of the treatment group after the treatment was lower than that of the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of XBXP combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Injection in the treatment of senile knee osteoarthritis is higher than that of Sodium Hyaluronate Injection alone,can improve the clinical symptoms and relieve the pain of patients.
