摘要
目的:观察中医护理干预对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者心理问题的影响。方法:选取2017年9月至2018年9月本院诊治的慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者72例,随机将其分为对照组和干预组,每组36例。对照组给予常规基础护理,干预组在对照组基础上给予中医护理干预,两组患者护理前后运用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)对焦虑、抑郁程度进行评估。结果:两组患者护理后SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,干预组护理后SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理干预可显著改善慢性乙型病毒性肝炎患者躯体化症状,改善患者消极心理,提高患者满意度,且有助于提高患者的生存质量。
Objective:To observe the influence of TCM nursing intervention on psychological problems of patients with chronic hepatitis B.Methods:A total of 72 patients with chronic hepatitis B treated in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the intervention group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given routine basic nursing,and the intervention group was given TCM nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Before and after nursing,the patients′ anxiety and depression in the two groups were assessed with Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS).Results:The scores of SAS and SDS in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:TCM nursing intervention can significantly improve the somatization symptoms of patients with chronic hepatitis B,the negative psychology of patients,and the satisfaction of patients,and help to enhance improve the quality of life of patients.
