隔姜灸治疗肺气虚寒型慢性鼻-鼻窦炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Ginger-Separated Moxibustion in the Treatment of Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Syndrome of Lung-Qi Deficiency and Cold

目的:观察隔姜灸治疗肺气虚寒型慢性鼻-鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法:选取柳州市中医医院呼吸内科门诊治疗的慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者120例,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各60例。治疗组给予隔姜灸治疗,对照组给予布地奈德鼻喷剂联合罗红霉素片治疗,连续治疗2周后,两组均以视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、鼻腔鼻窦结局测试Snot-20量表、鼻内镜检查评估(Lund-Kennedy评分)、鼻窦CT检查量化评估(Lund-Mackay评分)为指标进行疗效评价。结果:治疗组有效率为93.33%,对照组有效率为70.00%,治疗组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后Snot-20评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组治疗后Lund-Kennedy评分、Lund-Mackay评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:隔姜灸能有效改善肺气虚寒型慢性鼻-鼻窦炎患者的临床症状及生活质量。

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of ginger-separated moxibustion on chronic rhinosinusitis with syndrome of lung-qi deficiency and cold.Methods:A total of 120 patients with chronic rhinosinusitis treated in Outpatient Respiratory Medicine Clinic of Liuzhou Hospital of TCM were chosen and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with ginger-separated moxibustion,while the control group was treated with Budesonide Nasal Spray combined with Roxithromycin Tablets.After 2 weeks of continuous treatment,the two groups′ efficiency indexes were evaluated by visual analogue scale(VAS),Snot-20 scale for nasal and paranasal sinus outcomes test,Lund-Kennedy score for nasal endoscopy,and Lund-Mackay score for CT examination of nasal sinuses.Results:The effective rate was 93.33% in the treatment group and 70.00% in the control group,the treatment group was higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the VAS score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the Snot-20 score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);the Lund-Kennedy score and Lund-Mackay score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ginger-separated moxibustion can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with syndrome of lung-qi deficiency and cold.
