On the Social Governance Function of the Construction of Enterprise Philanthropy and Its Contemporary Path

随着企业社会责任运动的深入展开,企业慈善文化建设越来越受到社会各界的广泛关注。企业慈善文化建设不仅是构建社会治理主体多元化协同机制的现实需要和推进社会道德治理的有效路径,而且是实现社会公平正义的重要手段。因此,在坚持推进企业慈善常态化发展进程、凸显企业慈善个性化发展特色、构建企业慈善社会化运行模式、完善企业慈善法制化保障体系的逻辑思路下,探讨企业慈善文化建设的基本策略对于推进社会治理体系现代化发展进程具有重要的理论意义与实践价值。

With the deepening of enterprise social responsibility movement,the construction of enterprise charitable culture has attracted more and more attention.The construction of enterprise charitable culture is not only a realistic need to build a pluralistic synergy mechanism of social governance,but also an effective way to promote social moral governance and an important means to achieve social equity and justice.Therefore,in the logical thinking of promoting the development process of the enterprise’s philanthropic normalization,highlighting the characteristics of the development of enterprise charities,constructing enterprise charitable socialization operation mode and perfecting the legal protection system of the enterprise charity,this paper discusses the basic strategy of the construction of enterprise charitable culture,which has an important theoretical significance and a practical value to promote the development of social governance system modernization process.
