舒眠胶囊联合右佐匹克隆治疗失眠症的效果及对患者甲状腺激素的影响

Effect of Shumian Capsule Combined with Eszopiclone on Insomnia and Its Effect on Thyroid Hormone in Patients

目的:探讨舒眠胶囊联合右佐匹克隆治疗失眠症的效果及对患者甲状腺激素水平的影响。方法:选取2017年4月-2019年3月因失眠症于笔者所在医院就诊的80例患者纳入研究,并采用随机数字表法分组。对照组40例用右佐匹克隆治疗,观察组40例联合舒眠胶囊,1个月后比较临床疗效。结果:治疗前两组PSQI指数、甲状腺激素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗1个月后,两组PSQI指数、甲状腺激素水平均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为97.50%,高于对照组的77.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒眠胶囊联合右佐匹克隆治疗失眠症效果显著,能明显改善睡眠质量指数,调节甲状腺激素T3、T4、TSH水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Shumian Capsule combined with Eszopiclone on insomnia and its effect on thyroid hormone levels.Method:Eighty patients who were admitted to our hospital from insomnia from April 2017 to March 2019 were enrolled in the study and grouped by random number table.Forty patients in the control group were treated with Eszopiclone,and 40 patients in the observation group were treated with Shumian Capsule.The clinical efficacy was compared 1 month later.Result:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PSQI index between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the PSQI index of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The PSQI of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the PSQI of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).Before the treatment,the thyroid function of the two groups was not significantly different(P>0.05).After 1 month of drug treatment,the thyroid function of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the PSQI index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%(39/40),which was higher than the control group of 77.50%(31/40),with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shumeng Capsule combined with Eszopiclone in the treatment of insomnia has a significant effect,can significantly improve the sleep quality index and regulate the level of thyroid hormones T3,T4,TSH that reflect the severity of the disease and evaluate the prognosis of patients.It has certain clinical application value.
