Foley尿管球囊扩张宫颈对足月妊娠促宫颈成熟及引产的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Foley Urinary Balloon Dilatation on Cervix for Progestation and Induction of Labor in Full-term Pregnancy

目的:研究足月妊娠促宫颈成熟与引产中应用Foley尿管球囊扩张宫颈的效果及临床价值。方法:随机选取2019年1-5月来笔者所在医院接受待产的初产妇100例,将其按照入院先后顺序分为对照组(n=50)、观察组(n=50)。对照组实施常规缩宫素引产促进宫颈成熟,观察组则实施Foley尿管球囊扩张促宫颈成熟。对比两组促进宫颈成熟效果、引产成功率、产褥感染发生率、宫颈Bishop评分及干预后至临产时间。结果:观察组促宫颈成熟率为88.0%,高于对照组的58.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后Bishop评分高于对照组,干预后至临产时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组产褥感染发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组引产成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:Foley尿管球囊促宫颈成熟应用于足月妊娠引产当中具有明确临床效果,提高宫颈成熟效果和引产成功率,可在临床中大力借鉴运用。

Objective:To study the effect and clinical value of Foley urethral balloon dilatation in promoting cervical maturation and inducing labor of full-term pregnancy.Method:A total of 100 primipara who came to our hospital from January to May 2019 were randomly selected and divided into the control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)according to the order of admission.The control group was treated with conventional oxytocin to promote cervical maturation,while the observation group was treated with Foley urethral balloon dilation to promote cervical maturation.The effect of promoting cervical maturation,the success rate of induced labor,the incidence of puerperal infection,cervical Bishop score and the time from intervention to parturition were compared between the two groups.Result:The rate of cervical ripening in the observation group was 88.0%,which was higher than 58.0%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Bishop score after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the time from intervention to parturition was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of infection among the two groups(P>0.05).The success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Foley urethral balloon dilatation used in the labor induction of the full term pregnancy,has a clear clinical effect,can improve the mature effect of the cervix and the success rate of the induced labor,and can be used for reference in clinic.
