多西他赛与奥沙利铂及替吉奥治疗晚期胃癌的效果评价

Efficacy Evaluation of Docetaxel with Oxaliplatin and Tegafur in the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer

目的:评价晚期胃癌采用多西他赛与奥沙利铂及替吉奥治疗的效果。方法:选取2017年11月-2019年1月笔者所在医院收治的96例晚期胃癌患者开展研究,分析其病例资料。根据治疗措施的不同将其分为对照组、治疗组,各48例。对照组采用奥沙利铂联合替吉奥治疗,治疗组采用多西他赛与奥沙利铂及替吉奥治疗。比较两组治疗总有效率、淋巴细胞变化情况、血清恶性分子水平、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组淋巴细胞变化情况、血清恶性分子水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组粒细胞减少、神经毒性、脱发和手足综合征发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:晚期胃癌采用多西他赛与奥沙利铂及替吉奥治疗,不仅可以改善淋巴细胞变化情况、血清恶性分子水平,还可以提高临床疗效,且不良反应发生率较低,临床应用效果显著,值得推广。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Docetaxel and Oxaliplatin and Tegafur in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.Method:Ninetysix patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted in our hospital from November 2017 to January 2019 were selected for the study and case data were analyzed.According to the different treatment measures,the patients were divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Oxaliplatin and Tegafur,and the treatment group was treated with Docetaxel and Oxaliplatin and Tegafur.The total effective rate,lymphocyte changes,serum malignant molecular level and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The lymphocyte changes and serum malignant molecules level in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of granulocytopenia,neurotoxicity,alopecia and HFS between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of advanced gastric cancer treated with Docetaxel and Oxaliplatin and Tegafur can not only improve lymphocyte changes,serum malignant molecular levels,but also improve the clinical efficacy,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low,the clinical application effect is significant,and is worth promoting.
