联合检测超敏C-反应蛋白、降钙素原、白细胞在小儿细菌性感染诊断中的应用

摘要 目的:探讨联合检测超敏C-反应蛋白(high sensitive CRP,hs-CRP)、降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、白细胞诊断小儿细菌性感染的临床价值。方法:选取2017年2月-2018年2月小儿细菌感染282例,通过不同检查手段,分为病例组(n=141)和对照组(n=141),其中单一白细胞检验定义为对照组,联合检测hs-CRP、PCT、白细胞定义为病例组。结果:病例组诊断准确率为95.74%,对照组诊断准确率为82.98%,两组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。病例组脑膜炎疾病检出率为90.00%,肺炎疾病检出率为96.88%,泌尿系统疾病检出率为96.49%,对照组脑膜炎疾病检出率为75.00%,肺炎疾病检出率为84.62%,泌尿系统疾病检出率为83.93%,两组总检出率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿细菌性感染采用hs-CRP、PCT、白细胞联合检验方案,应用作用优异。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical value of combined detection of high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)and leukocyte in the diagnosis of bacterial infections in children.Method:From February 2017 to February 2018,282 children with bacterial infections were divided into the case group(n=141)and the control group(n=141)according the check,in which the single white blood cell test was defined as the control group,and the combined detection of hs-CRP,PCT and white blood cells was defined as the case group.Result:The diagnostic accuracy of the case group was 95.74%,and that of the control group was 82.98%,the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).The detection rate of meningitis disease was 90.00%,pneumonia disease was 96.88%and urinary system disease was 23.40%in the case group.The detection rate of meningitis disease was 75.00%,pneumonia disease was 84.62%and urinary system disease was 83.93%in the control group,the difference of the total detection rate between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined test of hs-CRP,PCT and leucocyte for children with bacterial infections is effective.
