基于Rockal评分系统的护理干预在消化内镜诊疗患者的应用效果

Application Effect of Nursing Intervention Based on Rockall Scoring System in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Patients with Digestive Endoscopy

目的:探讨基于Rockall评分系统的护理干预在消化内镜诊疗患者的应用效果。方法:选取2018年2月-2019年1月笔者所在医院收治的需进行消化内镜诊疗的急性上消化道出血患者76例,将其随机分为两组,每组38例。对照组应用常规护理干预,研究组应用Rockall评分系统的护理方式实施干预。比较两组护理满意度、再出血率、死亡率、住院时间及住院费用。结果:研究组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者再出血率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组死亡率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组患者住院时间和住院费用均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在消化内镜诊疗的急性上消化道患者中应用基于Rockall评分系统的护理干预措施,可以有效提高护理服务质量,提高患者满意度,降低再出血率,减少住院费用,缩短住院时间,可以推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on Rockall scoring system in the diagnosis and treatment of patients with digestive endoscopy.Method:From February 2018 to January 2019,76 patients with acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding who need to be treated by digestive endoscopy admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 38 case in each group.Routine nursing intervention was used in the control group,and nursing intervention based on Rockall scoring system was used in the study group.The nursing satisfaction,rebleeding rate,mortality,hospitalization time and hospitalization cost were compared between the two groups.Result:The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rebleeding rate in the study group were lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in mortality between the two groups(P>0.05).The time and cost of hospitalization in the study group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nursing intervention based on Rockall scoring system in the diagnosis and treatment of acute upper gastrointestinal patients with digestive endoscopy can effectively improve the quality of nursing service,improve the satisfaction of patients,reduce rebleeding rate,reduce hospitalization cost,shorten hospitalization time,and can be popularized.
