综合护理在2型糖尿病合并Hp阳性消化性溃疡护理中对患者治疗依从性、心理状态及生活质量的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing on Treatment Compliance, Psychological Status and Quality of Life of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Hp Positive Peptic Ulcer

目的:探究综合护理对2型糖尿病合并幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性消化性溃疡患者治疗依从性、心理状态及生活质量的影响。方法:笔者所在医院2016年12月-2019年3月接收的被确诊为2型糖尿病合并Hp阳性消化性溃疡的患者80例纳为本次研究对象,并根据奇偶数数字抽签法将其随机分为参照组与探究组,每组40例。给予参照组传统性护理,并在此基础上对探究组实施综合护理,对比分析两组配合治疗的依从性、护理认可度,以及心理状态与生活质量评分情况。结果:探究组护理总认可度92.50%,配合治疗的总依从性95.00%,均高于参照组的75.00%与80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);探究组护理后的SAS评分(38.45±3.35)分,SDS评分(40.23±3.45)分,均显著低于参照组患者的(48.79±3.51)分和(50.21±3.22)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);探究组护理后的各项生活质量评分明显优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在传统护理的基础上给予2型糖尿病合并Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者综合护理干预,既能够调节其心理状态,提升其配合治疗的依从性,并且还有利于改善其生活质量,从而强化其对临床护理工作的认可度,值得临床借鉴。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing on treatment compliance,psychological status and quality of life of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with Helicobacter Pylori(Hp)positive peptic ulcer.Method:From December 2016 to March 2019,80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with Hp positive peptic ulcer were admitted to our hospital.They were randomly divided into the reference group and the inquiry group according to the odd and even number drawing method,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was given the traditional nursing,and the inquiry group was carried out the comprehensive nursing on this basis.Comparisons were made between the two groups in terms of compliance with treatment,nursing acceptance,psychological status and quality of life score.Result:The total acceptance of nursing in the inquiry group was 92.50%and the total compliance of cooperative therapy was 95.00%,they were higher than 75.00%and 80.00%in the reference group.There were significant differences in the two groups(P<0.05).The scores of SAS and SDS in the inquiry group after nursing were(38.45±3.35)points and(40.23±3.45)points respectively.They were significantly lower than(48.79±3.51)points and(50.21±3.22)points in the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the inquiry group after nursing were significantly better than those of the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of traditional nursing,comprehensive nursing intervention for type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with Hp positive peptic ulcer can not only adjust their psychological state,improve their compliance with treatment,but also help to improve their quality of life,so as to strengthen their recognition of clinical nursing work,which is worthy of clinical reference.
