手术室系统护理干预在上消化道内镜黏膜下剥离术中的应用

Application of Operating Room System Nursing Intervention in Intraoperative Nursing of Patients with Upper Digestive Tract Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection

目的:观察手术室系统护理干预在上消化道内镜黏膜下剥离术患者术中护理中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的76例行上消化道内镜黏膜下剥离术患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,各38例。对照组予以常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上予以手术室系统护理干预。比较两组手术指标、手术成功率及术后并发症情况。结果:观察组手术时间、平均住院时间及术后禁食时长均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术成功率为100%,对照组手术成功率为94.74%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为2.63%,明显低于对照组的21.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室系统护理干预可有效缩短上消化道内镜黏膜下剥离手术时间,并且减少患者术后并发症,促进康复进程。

Objective:To observe the application effects of operating room system nursing intervention in intraoperative nursing of patients with upper digestive tract endoscopic submucosal dissection.Method:Seventy-six patients who underwent upper digestive tract endoscopic submucosal dissection in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given operating room system nursing intervention on this basis of the control group.The operation indexes,surgical success rate and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time,average hospital stay and postoperative fasting duration in observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The surgical success rate was 100%in the observation group and 94.74%in control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence rate of postoperative complications in observation group was 2.63%,which was significantly lower than 21.05%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Operating room system nursing intervention can effectively shorten the operation time,reduce postoperative complications and promote rehabilitation process of upper digestive tract endoscopic submucosal dissection.
