丹参联合奥曲肽对于急性胰腺炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Combined with Octreotide for Acute Pancreatitis

目的:观察丹参注射液联合奥曲肽对于急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取笔者所在医院2014年3月-2019年3月收治的急性胰腺炎患者48例作为本次研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组24例。对照组给予奥曲肽进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合丹参注射液进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、临床症状缓解时间,以及治疗前后CRP、脂肪酶。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为91.67%,高于对照组的62.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组体温恢复时间、呕吐消失时间、腹痛缓解时间均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组CRP及脂肪酶比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组CRP及脂肪酶均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹参联合奥曲肽对于急性胰腺炎的临床治疗效果显著。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Salvia miltiorrhiza combined with Octreotide on acute pancreatitis.Method:A total of 48 patients with acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was given Octreotide,and the observation group was given intravenous infusion of Salvia miltiorrhiza on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect,clinical symptoms,CRP and lipase conditions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.67%,higher than 62.50%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of body temperature,the disappearance time of vomiting and the relief time of abdominal pain in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in CRP and lipase between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,CRP and lipase in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and both in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Salvia miltiorrhiza combined with Octreotide is effective in the treatment of acute pancreatitis.
