Ilizarov支架固定与钢板内固定治疗SandersⅡ～Ⅳ型跟骨骨折的效果

Effects of Ilizarov Stent Fixation and Plate Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Sanders Ⅱ-Ⅳ Calcaneal Fracture

目的:探讨Ilizarov支架固定与钢板内固定治疗SandersⅡ~Ⅳ型跟骨骨折效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的78例跟骨骨折患者作为观察对象,按随机表达法分为两组,各39例。对比两组手术相关情况、骨折愈合情况及AOFAS评分优良率。结果:两组骨折愈合时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组手术时长及住院时间均长于研究组,术中出血量多于研究组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组AOFAS评分优良率(89.74%)略高于对照组(79.49%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Ilizarov支架固定治疗SandersⅡ~Ⅳ跟骨骨折的临床效果确切,更能促进骨折快速愈合及运动功能恢复。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Ilizarov stent fixation and plate internal fixation in the treatment of SandersⅡ-Ⅳcalcaneal fracture.Method:A total of 78 patients with calcaneal fracture admitted to the hospital were selected as the objects of observation.Patients were divided into two groups according to the random expression method,39 cases in each group.The operation related conditions,fracture healing and excellent and good rate of AOFAS score were compared between the two groups.Result:Fracture healing time were compared between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The operation time and hospitalization time in the control group were significantly longer than those of the study group,and blood loss during operation in the control group were significantly more than those of the study group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of AOFAS score in the study group(89.74%)was slightly higher than that of the control group(79.49%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ilizarov stent fixation is effective in the treatment of SandersⅡ-Ⅳcalcaneal fracture,and can promote the fracture healing and recovery of motor function.
