类固醇联合中频电刺激康复治疗对颈肩腰腿痛患者疼痛症状及预后的影响

Effects of Steroids Combined with Medium Frequency Electrical Stimulation on Pain Symptoms and Prognosis in Patients with Neck, Shoulder, Waist and Leg Pain

目的:探讨类固醇联合中频电刺激康复治疗对颈肩腰腿痛患者疼痛症状及预后的影响。方法:选取2017年9月-2019年3月笔者所在医院收治的颈肩腰腿痛患者148例,随机分为两组,对照组使用类固醇治疗,研究组使用类固醇联合中频电刺激康复治疗。比较两组治疗前后VAS评分、NDI评分,比较两组疗效。结果:治疗前两组VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组颈部、肩部、腰部、腿部VAS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组NDI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组NDI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对颈肩腰腿痛患者进行治疗过程中,类固醇联合中频电刺激康复治疗的效果较好,可以减少患者疼痛,改善预后,应当进一步推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of steroids combined with medium frequency electrical stimulation on pain symptoms and prognosis of patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain.Method:A total of 148 patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with steroids and the study group was treated with medium frequency electrical stimulation.The VAS score before and after treatment,NDI score before and after treatment,and curative effect of the two groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of neck,shoulder,waist and leg in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in NDI score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),after treatment,the NDI score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Steroids combined with medium frequency electrical stimulation is effective in the treatment of patients with neck,shoulder,waist and leg pain,which can reduce pain and improve prognosis,and should be further promoted and applied.
