氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗高血压合并冠心病的效果

Effect of Amlodipine Combined with Enalapril on Hypertension Complicated with Coronary Heart Disease

目的:探究依那普利联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病的临床效果。方法:本次研究对象均为2018年3月-2019年4月笔者所在医院收治的94例高血压合并冠心病患者,随机分成试验组(n=47)和对照组(n=47),对照组进行基础治疗,试验组在对照组基础上开展依那普利联合氨氯地平治疗。对比两种治疗方案的临床效果。结果:试验组总有效率显著高于对照组,舒张压及收缩压均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用依那普利联合氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病患者,可有效稳定血压,改善冠心病症状。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of Enalapril combined with Amlodipine in the treatment of patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.Method:All the subjects in this study were 94 patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to April 2019.Patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=47)and the control group(n=47).The control group was treated with basic treatment,and the experimental group was treated with Enalapril combined with Amlodipin on the basis of the control group.The effects of the two treatment regimens were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Enalapril combined with Amlodipine is effective in the treatment of patients with hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease,which can effectively stabilize blood pressure and improve the symptoms of coronary heart disease.
