盆底仿生物电刺激和护理及药物配合治疗薄型子宫内膜患者的作用效果分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨薄型子宫内膜采取盆底仿生物电刺激与护理及药物配合的临床效果。方法:选取2017年9月-2018年9月笔者所在科室收治的40例薄型子宫内膜患者进行研究,按照随机数字表法将其平均分为对照组和试验组,每组20例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组采取盆底仿生物电刺激与护理及药物配合治疗。比较两组患者子宫内膜厚度、血流动力参数及临床妊娠率。结果:试验组患者子宫厚度高于对照组,血流动力参数、临床妊娠率均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:薄型子宫内膜采取盆底仿生物电刺激与护理及药物配合效果良好,能够显著改善子宫内膜的厚度,优化血流参数,值得临床推广和运用。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of pelvic floor bioelectric stimulation and nursing and drug combination in the treatment of thin endometrium.Method:Forty patients with thin endometrium treated in our department from September 2017 to September 2018 were selected for the study,and they were divided into the control group and the experimental group on average according to the random number table method,with 20 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the experimental group received pelvic floor bioelectric stimulation and nursing and drug combination treatment.The endometrial thickness,hemodynamic parameters,and clinical pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups of patients.Result:The endometrial thickness of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,and the hemodynamic parameters and clinical pregnancy rate were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of pelvic floor bioelectric stimulation and nursing and drug combination is good.It can significantly improve the thickness of endometrium and optimize hemodynamic parameters.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
