脑卒中后康复期经颅直流电刺激的应用及对患者认知功能的影响

Application of Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation in Post-stroke Rehabilitation and Its Effect on Cognitive Function of Patients

目的:探讨脑卒中后康复中经颅直流电刺激的应用及对患者认知功能的影响。方法:选取2016年5月-2017年5月笔者所在医院收治的接受脑卒中康复治疗患者104例,按照数字表发将其随机分为两组,对照组应用常规康复治疗,研究组在对照组基础上应用经颅直流电刺激治疗,分析两组患者认知功能改善情况及相关指标改善情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后炎症因子TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6及Hcy均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后HDS评分、WAIS评分均高于对照组,FAQ评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于脑卒中后接受康复治疗的患者采用经颅直流电刺激治疗可以有效改善患者认知障碍,提高患者活动能力,对于机体炎症反应状态也可以起到改善作用,可以在临床中进行进一步推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the application of transcranial direct current stimulation in rehabilitation after stroke and its effect on patients'cognitive function.Method:From May 2016 to May 2017,104 patients with cerebral apoplexy treated in our hospital were selected.According to the digital table they were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with routine rehabilitation therapy,and the study group was treated with transcranial direct current stimulation on the basis of the control group.The improvement of cognitive function and related indexes in the two groups were analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of TNF-1,hs-CRP,IL-6 and Hcy in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of HDS and WAIS in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the score of FAQ was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transcranial direct current stimulation can effectively improve the cognitive impairment of patients,improve the activity of patients,improve the inflammatory response state of the body,and can be further popularized and applied in clinic.
