法治视域下五台山设立旅游法庭的思考

虽然煤炭业曾是山西的主要产业,但山西一直在着力经济的转型,旅游业就是其借力之一。五台山作为山西旅游业的龙头,有力地带动了山西省旅游业的快速发展,但同时也引发了各类旅游纠纷的持续增加。文章通过比较分析五台山发生的旅游纠纷特征,借鉴同类区域解决该纠纷的措施,提出五台山设立旅游巡回法庭,并借助互联网来实现旅游纠纷的及时有效解决,充分发挥司法服务社会的作用,也有利于保障旅游消费者和旅游经营者的正当利益,促进该区域旅游业增速发展。

In recent years,Shanxi has promoted the development of economic transformation and made great efforts to promote the development of tourism industry.As the leader of Shanxi tourism,Mount Wutai has greatly promoted the rapid development of Shanxi tourism.However,all kinds of tourism dispute cases continue to increase with the rapid development of tourism.In order to resolve disputes in time,the article analyzes the characteristics of the Mount Wutai tourism disputes and draws lessons taken by other tourist attractions to settle tourism disputes.It proposes that Mount Wutai should set up tourism circuit courts,and use the Internet to settle the tourism disputes timely and effectively.So we can further play the role of the people's courts in serving the development of tourism industry and protect the legitimate rights and interests of tourists and tour operators and promote the development of Mount Wutai tourism healthy and rapidly.
