摘要
探索了电弧炉冶炼锰合金过程中采用水冷超音速气体喷枪、底吹系统、顶吹系统三种吹炼模式。论述了三种模式的使用情况及可操作性。对电弧炉冶炼锰合金过程中的脱硅速度、单炉冶炼时间、单吨电耗的影响程度进行了对比。
The paper explores three kinds of blowing modes of water-cooled supersonic gas spray gun,bottom blowing system and top blowing system in the process of smelting manganese alloy in electric arc furnace.It discusses the use and operability of the three modes.Finally,the paper compares the degree of desiliconization speed,single furnace smelting time and singleton electricity consumption in the process of smelting manganese alloy in electric arc furnace.
