焊剂类低品位金属铬生产研发

摘要 阐述了回收含铬废水中的铬并利用其生产主品位在92%~95%的焊剂类低品位金属铬的方法,通过试验摸索,攻克了回转窑结圈、氧化铬球料难破碎、冶炼渣熔点低无法浇铸炉衬等一系列难题,固化了生产92%~95%焊剂类金属铬的参数。文章突破了传统用铬矿生产低品位金属铬的生产工艺,采用废水回收铬的方法降低了生产成本,对技术创新和环境保护意义重大。 This article describes the method of recovering chromium from chromium-containing waste water and using it to produce low-grade metal chromium with 92%~95% of Cr for flux.Through production exploration,a series of difficult problems such as ring formation in rotary kiln,difficult crushing of chromium oxide pellets,and inability to cast furnace lining due to the low melting point of smelting slag have been overcome.The parameters for the production of 92%~95% flux chromium metal were solidified.This article breaks through the traditional process of producing low-grade chromium metal with chromium ore,reducing production costs by recycling chrome for Cr-containing waster water,which is of great significance to technological innovation and environmental protection.
