冀中南强筋小麦育种及生产标准化探讨

Discussion on Breeding of Strong Gluten Wheat Varieties and Their Standardized Production in the Middle and South Area of Hebei Province

通过育种家几十年的工作,冀中南麦区优质强筋麦的产量已达到普通小麦水平,品质指标已达到或有些指标已超过国外进口的强筋小麦标准。但由于品种本身的原因,加上生产条件的不同,造成强筋小麦品质指标不稳定且变异幅度大。对现阶段冀中南地区强筋小麦的育种及优质小麦的标准化进行探讨,旨为强筋小麦品种选育及产业化提供参考。

After several tens of years of hard work by wheat breeders,the yield level of the high quality strong gluten wheat varieties has reached the level of common high yield wheat varieties,and the quality indexes have been up to or even above the standard of the strong gluten wheat imported from abroad.But due to the differences of wheat varieties and the production conditions,the quality indexes of strong gluten wheat varieties are unstable with large variation range.The breeding of strong gluten wheat varieties and their standardized production in the middle and south area of Hebei Province are discussed.It was expected to provide references for strong gluten wheat varieties breeding and promoting industrialized operation of wheat.
