摘要
分析了脉宽调制逆变器死区效应,提出了基于空间矢量脉宽调制的死区补偿方法,并论述了电流极性判断问题。所提出的死区补偿方法分为时间补偿法和电压补偿法,不需要附加硬件,计算量小,易于实现。通过试验验证了这两种方法在F//控制模式和矢量控制模式下的有效性,具有较强的实用价值。
The dead zone effect of pulse width modulation inverter was analyzed. The dead zone compensatory approach based on SVPWM was proposed, and the point on current polarity judgment was discussed. The proposed dead zone compensation approach is divided into time compensation method and voltage compensation method, which does not require additional hardware and the amount for calculation is small and it is easy to realize. The effectiveness of the two methods in V l f control mode and vector control mode was verified by experiments, which had strong practical value.
