在根据德国VDI2230标准校核螺栓强度的过程中,会涉及有一定取值范围的参数,参数的不同取值会影响螺栓强度的校核结果。以地铁吊装设备为研究对象,分析计算各工况作用下主要部件的静强度,并通过改变接触面摩擦因数、螺纹摩擦因数、拧紧因数等VD丨2230标准关键参数,确认关键参数对螺栓强度校核的影响,并给出校核的安全及危险计算值。所做研究可以为地铁吊装设备的螺栓选取提供技术支持。

In the process of checking the bolt strength according to the German VDI 2230 standard, parameters with a certain range of values are involved. The different values of the parameters will affect the clieck result of the bolt strength. Taking the metro lifting device as the research object, the static strength of the main components under various working conditions was analyzed and calculated and the influence of key parameters to the bolt strength check was confirmed through changing of the key parameters of the VDI 2230 standard such as the friction coefficient of the contact surface, the screw friction factor of screw thread and the tightening factor while the safety and hazard calculations for the check were given. The findings can provide technical support for selection of the bolts in metro lifting device.
