摘要
建立考虑接触刚度的燃气轮机周向拉杆转子三维模型,通过锤击法模态试验,对计算模型进行校核,在此基础上给出周向拉杆转子中拉杆失效的计算分析方法,得到部分拉杆失效状态下周向拉杆转子的模态频率。根据试验大纲,对燃气轮机周向拉杆转子实物进行锤击法模态试验,得到部分拉杆失效状态下周向拉杆转子的模态频率,与计算结果进行对比。通过试验验证,确认计算结果与试验结果吻合度高。
A 3D model of the circumferential rod fastening rotor of the gas turbine considering the contact stiffness was established, and the calculation model was checked by hammering modality test. On this basis, the calculation and analysis method of the rod failure in the circumferential rod fastening rotor was given, and the modal frequency of the circumferential rod fastening rotor in the failure state of partial fastening rods was obtained. According to the test program, the hammering modality test for practical circumferential rod fastening rotor of the gas turbine was carried out, and the modal frequency of the circumferential rod fastening rotor under failure condition of partial fastening rods was obtained, which was compared with the calculated results. Through the test verification, it is confirmed that the calculated result is in good agreement with the test result.
