微电网在零碳岛建设中的应用

摘要 微电网可以接入配电网或孤网运行,能够有效提高可再生能源利用效率和电网接纳能力,为区域提供高效的绿色电力。针对上海崇明零碳岛镇村级区域微电网项目,提出满足实际需求的,包含并网型微电网和离网型微电网两部分的微电网应用方案。基于应用方案,设计了微电网就地层控制系统和微电网运行控制与能量管理系统。 By being able to access the distribution network or the isolated network,the microgrid can effectively improve the utilization efficiency of renewable energy and the power capacity of the grid to provide efficient green power for the region.Aiming at the town/village level regional microgrid project in Shanghai Chongming Zero Carbon Island,the microgrid application scheme including gridconnected microgrid and off-grid microgrid was proposed to meet the physical demand.Based on the application scheme,the microgrid control system on the ground and microgrid operational control and energy management system were designed.
