摘要
基于立铣刀微元切削力建模理论,通过几何推导提出了一种适用于球头铣刀倾斜加工的刀具与工件接触区域算法。运用这一接触区域算法,可以求解积分区间,进而对球头铣刀铣削力进行积分计算。基于所提出的球头铣刀铣削力积分区间算法,铣削力计算结果符合切削加工实际情况,精度满足要求。
Based on the cutting force modeling theory of end mill micro-element,an algorithm for the contact area between cutter and workpiece for the beveling process of rose cutter was proposed by geometric derivation.Using this contact area algorithm,the integrating range can be solved,and then the integral calculation of the milling force of the rose cutter can be performed.Based on the proposed algorithm for the integrating range of the milling force of the rose cutter,the calculation result of the milling force is in accordance with the actual conditions of the cutting process,and the accuracy meets the requirements.
