仪表接地工程施工要点及案列分析

摘要 随着石油化工装置自动化程度的提高,越来越多的仪表参与装置联锁,因此安装质量不仅影响检测的准确性,更对装置系统的运行产生重大影响。结合仪表安装施工过程中仪表的接地情况,本篇文章简单介绍保护接地和工作接地的概念,工程施工过程中接地的注意事项,以及列举接地不良引起的故障。 With the improvement of the automation degree of petrochemical plants,more and more instruments participate in the interlocking of the plants.Therefore,the installation quality not only affects the accuracy of detection,but also has a significant impact on the operation of the plant system.In combination with the grounding of the instrument during the installation and construction of the instrument,this article briefly introduces the concepts of protective grounding and working grounding,precautions for grounding in the process of engineering construction,and lists the faults caused by poor grounding.
