摘要
随着社会经济的不断发展和科学技术的不断提高,建筑施工得到了更多的关注。建筑工程施工管理涉及的不确定因素多种多样,存在的风险问题也日渐突出。对于施工企业来说,项目管理的风险时刻存在,因而风险管理体系在工程施工项目管理中就显得尤为重要。
With the continuous development of social economy and science and technology,more and more attention has been paid to the construction.The uncertain factors involved in the construction management of construction engineering are various,and the existing risk problems are increasingly prominent.For the construction enterprise,the risk of project management exists at all times,so the risk management system is particularly important in the construction project management.
