随着社会的发展,建筑行业也迎来了发展的机会。建筑业的发展要求建筑施工技术水平不断创新。随着新技术的不断推广,部分管理问题逐渐暴露。很多单位沿用依靠原来的管理标准和检测标准来对现场施工进行管理,导致有些新技术在施工过程中,虽然得到了应用但却无法发挥其对工程质量及工期速度提高的作用,所以需要对原有的管理方式进行改进。
