高等教育视角下的高中政治教学问题审视与对策——以广西壮族自治区部分高中政治教学为例

On Problems and Countermeasures of Politics Teaching in Senior High School from Perspective of Higher Education ——Taking Part of High School Politics Teaching in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as an Example

新课改和考试制度改革造成高中政治课教学内容增加与授课时间减少间的矛盾,这一矛盾又给高中政治课教学带来很多普遍性问题,也给广西壮族自治区高中政治课教学带来一些特殊问题:全区高中政治课安排普遍不够科学,政治教师对教材体系与内容的把握、理解与阐释不够深刻,教学目标与能力培养目标体系不够完善等。这些问题严重降低了政治课教学的效果,因而有必要采取高中政治课时安排因时因地因人而异,高等学校与各地市高中共同商讨教学法和培养目标,提高政治学科地位、教师队伍数量和质量,发挥集体力量教学等措施化解这些问题。

The new curriculum reform and the change of examination system caused the contradiction between the increase of teaching content and the decrease of teaching time.This contradiction has brought many general problems to high school politics teaching,and also brought many special problems to high school politics teaching in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.For example,the overall arrangement of politics in high schools needs to be improved,the understanding and interpretation of the teaching material system and content by political teachers needs to be deepened,and the teaching goals and ability training goals need to be improved.These problems seriously restrict the teaching of politics.Therefore,it is necessary to take measures to solve these problems:such as the teaching arrangement of political science in senior high school varying from time to time,from place to place,from person to person;discussing teaching methods and training objectives between college and senior high schools in different places;improving the status of political science,the quantity and quality of teachers,and giving full play to the teaching of collective strength.
