基于就业竞争力的南岳学院财务管理专业教学改革研究

摘要 对前程无忧网在2019年4—5月发布的四大城市财务人员招聘广告进行文本分析,从应聘人员素质与能力要求中提取高频词汇。在此基础上结合南岳学院的教学现状,提出该校应该制定以学生就业和职业发展方向为导向的多方向课程体系,充分利用社会已有资源进行开放式人才培养,尽量采用情景嵌入性教学方法以及进行师生激励机制创新,以提高学生的就业竞争力。 Text analysis was conducted on recruitment advertisements for financial personnel in four major cities published by 51job.com from April to May 2019,and high-frequency words were extracted from the quality and ability requirements of the applicants.Based on Nanyue College's teaching situation and the result of text analysis,the paper proposed that Nanyue College should develop more career direction-oriented curriculum system,make full use of social resources to open the talent training,try to adopt situational embedded teaching methods,as well as the incentive mechanism innovation for teachers and students,in order to improve the students'employment competitiveness.
