摘要
教师作为课堂主导者,是一节课成功与否的重要因素。新老教师因为教学时长不同,在教学中存在多方面的差异。针对新老教师在创新性、对课堂的掌控程度、总结性、课堂笔记等多个变量与学生知识掌握情况相关性进行研究,并提出相应建议。
As the leader of the class,the teacher is an important factor in the success of a class.New and old teachers have many differences in teaching because of different teaching hours.For this reason,this study studies the correlation between students'knowledge mastery and many variables,such as the innovation of new and old teachers,the degree of control over the classroom,the summarization,class notes and so on,and proposes corresponding suggestions.
