“新农合”背景下农民医疗就诊单位选择的影响因素分析——基于国家级贫困县实证数据

Influence Factors Analysis of Farmers’ Choices of Medical Treatment Institutes under the Background of “New Rural Cooperative” Medical System——Based on empirical data of national poverty counties

基于国家级贫困县实地调查数据,通过建立Logistic模型,分析“新农合”背景下农民医疗就诊选择的主要影响因素及其影响程度.结果表明,农民对医疗就诊单位的选择主要受个人特征、家庭特征和医保特征影响,年龄越大、文化程度和收入越高的农民,越倾向选择越正规的医院就诊;男性或者健康状况不佳的农民更多倾向选择小诊所就诊;在县城有亲戚、对合作医疗了解且对“新农合”较满意的,选择县级及以上医院就诊的意愿更强烈.针对相关影响因素提出了相应的政策建议.

Based on the field survey data of national poverty counties,the paper analyzes the main influencing factors of farmers’,medical treatment choices and their impacts under the background of the“new rural cooperative”medical system by establishing Logistic Regression Model.The results show that farmers’choice of medical treatment institutes is mainly influenced by personal characteristics,family characteristics and the characteristics of medical insurance.Farmers with higher age,higher education level and income level are more likely to choose more advanced and more regular hospitals;Male or people in poor health tend to choose a health center,outpatient department or personal doctor.Farmers who have relatives in county or know about the cooperative medical system,and who are more satisfied with the“new rural cooperative”medical policy,are more likely to choose county hospital or hospitals of higher level.In view of the relevant influencing factors,the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.
