居住方式、消费能力与医养结合养老保障选择

Residential Manner,Consumption Power and Selection of Medical-convalescent Integrated Old-age Security

文章基于实地调查数据,利用Logit模型进行分析,研究了居住方式、消费能力对中老年人选择医养结合养老保障的影响。研究发现,对于支出水平较高的中老年人群体,他们选择医养结合养老服务模式的概率低于中低支出水平的中老年人群体;相较于与配偶、子女共同居住的中老年人群体,独自居住的中老年人对医养结合养老服务的需求反而不高;以及拥有社会养老、医疗保险的老人更愿意选择医养结合养老服务模式。因此面对我国人口老龄化趋势不断加强的现状,为促进医养结合养老保障模式的更好发展,提高老龄人口的生活质量,需要管理部门通过多角度、多方面、多途径寻求解决办法,最大化发挥政府、社区和市场的作用,以及积极引导家庭成员之间人文关怀的提升,提供更好的外部环境和更多的选择以满足社会养老服务市场的发展。

On the basis of data collected in field investigation and Logit model analysis,this paper studies the impact of residential manner and consumption power on the selection of medical-convalescent integrated old-age security for middle-aged and elderly people.The study finds out that for middle-aged and elderly people with higher expenditure,the probability of choosing the medical-convalescent integrated old-age care service was lower than those with lower expenditure.Compared with middle-aged and elderly people living together with their spouses and children,those who live alone demand few old-age services.And the elderly with social pension and medical insurance are more likely to choose the medical-convalescent integrated old-age care service.As a result,in the face of an increasing amount of aging population in China,in order to promote the better development of medical-convalescent integrated old-age security model,and improve the quality of life for elderly population,the administrations are required to seek solutions from multiple perspectives,in order to maximize the role of government,community and market and guide the ascension of humanities concern among family members,provide a better external environment and more options to meet the development of the social endowment service market.
