“互联网+”时代下翻译人才信息技术能力培养

Cultivation of Translators’ Information-technology Competence in the Era of “Internet + ”

21世纪是一个信息时代,机遇与挑战共存。自“互联网+”计划上升为国家战略以来,各行各业积极实现与互联网信息技术的有效结合。“互联网+”也被引入到外语翻译行业。于是,“互联网+翻译”模式应运而生。“互联网+翻译”教育模式的提出与实施,旨在培养运用现代信息技术从事外语翻译的高素质人才。文章分析了在“互联网+”时代,高校培养具有运用现代信息技术能力的翻译人才必要性,并在此基础上提出了培养能有效运用现代信息技术从事外语翻译的高素质人才的对策建议。

The 21st century,with both opportunities and challenges,is an information age.Since the“Internet+”Plan has become a national strategy,all walks of life have actively realized the effective integration between Internet information and technology,and“Internet+”has also been introduced into the current translation-industry.Thus,the“Internet+translation”model came into being.The proposal and implementation of the educational mode(“Internet+translation”)aims at cultivating future-talents who will be engaged in translation by using modern information-technology.This paper analyzes,in the era of“Internet+”,the necessity of training translation-talents with the ability of using modern information-technology in colleges and universities,and it puts forward some suggestions on how to train high-quality talents who can effectively use modern information-technology in future-translation.
