摘要
以邻氯苯胺为起始原料,经乙酰化、溴化、去乙酰化、氯化和重氮化、不经纯化合成了3,4,5-三氯溴苯,反应总收率79.0%,产品气相色谱含量为99.2%。与文献对比,本工艺具有操作简便、原料价廉易得等优点,适合工业化放大。对反应机理也进行了初步研究。
With o-chloroaniline as original material and by use of the processes of acetylation,bromination,deacetylation,chlorination and diazotization,3,4,5-trichlorobromobenzene was synthesized without purification.In this way,the total yield rate from the reaction reached 79.0%and GC purity was high as 99.2%.The reaction mechanism was studied.Compared with other processes in references,the one introduced herein is easy in operation,inexpensive in cost of raw materials,and suitable for amplification in industrial application.
