摘要 经过多年研制,开发了一种一体化、密闭式的干细胞药物制备全站系统,设备实现全流程、无菌密闭式操作;提供密闭、洁净无菌的A级环境,配合过氧化氢蒸汽灭菌技术,实现内部环境及物料表面的低温高效灭菌;在该设备下,人员通过隔离手套操作,大大降低污染风险;同时,设备高度集成化,集成细胞处理过程全部关键仪器。干细胞药物制备全站系统提供可靠的设备及环境条件,是未来干细胞技术产品生产的关键设备。 With the research for several years,one integral and closed whole station system for stem cell drug preparation has been developed.Use of this system,closed asepsis operation is realized for whole process,in which airtight,clean and asepsis A level environment is provided.Combined with HPV sterilization technique,high efficiency sterilization at low temperature in inner environment and on the surface of materials is carried out.Helped with this system,use of separated hand gloves,the risk of contamination has been greatly reduced.At the same time,equipment if highly integrated.Whole key instruments for cell treatment are integrated.Reliable equipment and environment conditions are provided in whole station system,which must be the key for future stem cell production.
