摘要
主要结合冷水机组的系统特点,利用通用物性计算软件Refprop从热物性方面详细分析比较了冷水机组几种常用制冷剂R22、R410A、R134a、R407C以及R507的系统特性。指出在进行制冷机组设计之前,需要结合机组的需求以及应用场合,且考虑制冷剂本身的物性差异,选择合适的制冷剂。同时结合现在制冷剂的替代趋势,详细分析了在冷水机组的应用中相关工质R1234yf替代R134a可行性及替代方案。
In this article,by using common material performance calculating software Refprop and combined with the features of chiller,several refrigerants,such as R22,R410A,R134a,R407C and R507,were analyzed and compared with respect to their characteristics.It was indicated that before designing chiller,appropriate refrigerant should be selected combined with the chiller and application as well as the differences existed in various refrigerants.With the trend of using alternative refrigerant,the feasibility of institution of R1234yf for R134a in chiller was analyzed.
