胰岛素泵短期强化治疗妊娠糖尿病病人的临床观察与护理

Clinical observation and nursing of short-term intensive treatment of insulin in patients with gestational diabetes

目的对妊娠糖尿病病人胰岛素泵短期强化治疗中的临床治疗及护理效果展开研究。方法对我院2018年6月~2019年6月收治的80例妊娠糖尿病人,使用随机分类的方式进行分类,对照组40例,观察组40例。对照组使用常规胰岛素皮下注射方式进行治疗,观察组使用胰岛素泵短期强化治疗方案,两组均采用综合护理,对两组治疗及护理效果进行比较。结果观察组在治疗效果及护理效果上均优于对照组,血糖达标时间更短、血糖控制效果更佳,结果有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论在使用胰岛素泵短期强化治疗的方式对妊娠糖尿病患者进行治疗时,效果更佳,保证了妊娠患者的血糖稳定及达标。

Objective To study the clinical treatment and nursing effect of insulin pump in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods a total of 80 patients with gestational diabetes admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were classified by random classification,including 40 patients in the control group and 40 patients in the observation group who were treated by routine insulin subcutaneous injection.The observation group received short-term intensive insulin pump treatment,and the two groups received comprehensive nursing care.The treatment and nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results the observation group was better than the control group in terms of treatment effect and nursing effect,and the blood glucose standard time was shorter and the blood glucose control effect was better,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion the short-term intensive treatment with insulin pump is more effective in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus,which ensures the stability of blood glucose and the standard of blood glucose in pregnant patients.
