情景模拟教学在助产技术实训课中的运用及效果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨在助产技术实训课中运用情景模拟教学效果,为完善实训类课程的教学模式提供依据。方法将某大学2015级护理学专业助产方向四年制学生,共计58人,随机分为试验组及对照组,试验组采用情景模拟教学方法,对照组采用传统的教学方法。结果助产理论考试成绩试验组21.76高于对照组21.25,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);助产技术操作考试成绩试验组92.10高于对照组90.75,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组情景模拟教学模式满意度得分(34.90)高于传统教学对照组(28.28),有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在助产技术实训课中开展情景模拟教学法有助于提高学生的综合素质,与传统教学法相比课堂教学效果满意度高,更受学生欢迎。 The purpose of this paper is to explore the effect of using scenario simulation teaching in the midwifery training course and to provide a basis for improving the teaching mode of the practical course.The test method was to randomly divide 58 students from the North China University of Technology's 2015 nursing majors into four groups:the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group used the scenario simulation teaching method and the control group used the traditional teaching method.The experimental results showed that the test group of the midwifery test(21.76)was higher than the control group(21.25),and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The test group of the midwifery operation test(92.10)was higher than the control group.(90.75),the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction score of the scenario simulation teaching mode(34.90)was higher than that of the traditional teaching control group(28.28),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scenario simulation teaching method in the midwifery training course helps to improve the overall quality of the students.Compared with the traditional teaching method,this method has high satisfaction and is more popular among students.
