子宫肌瘤挖出术中棒球式缝合法的效果分析

Effect analysis of baseball-type stitching method in uterine fibroid exhumation

目的探讨临床子宫肌瘤挖除术中,使用棒球式缝合法对合瘤体剥除创面的应用效果。方法回顾分析既往48例经腹或腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤挖除术的临床资料,比较传统缝合法与棒球式缝合法的应用效果。结果所有纳入研究的子宫肌瘤患者均顺利完成肌瘤挖除术,研究组的手术时间、术中出血量及术后肛门排气时间方面均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),术后并发症发生率两组无明显差异。结论棒球式缝合法在子宫肌瘤挖除术中,对合瘤体剥除创面的应用效果好。手术时间短,术中出血少、术后胃肠功能恢复快等,值得在妇科子宫肌瘤挖出术中推广应用。

Objective To investigate the application effect of baseball-type suture method in the removal of wounds from tumors during clinical uterine fibroids excision.Methods The clinical data of 48 cases of abdominal or laparoscopic uterine fibroids excision were retrospectively analyzed.The application results of traditional suture method and baseball suture method were compared.Results All the patients with uterine fibroids included in the study successfully completed the fibroids excision.The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and postoperative anal exhaust time of the study group were superior to the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),there was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups.Conclusion The baseball-type suture method has a good effect on the removal of wounds in the uterine fibroids.Short operation time,less intraoperative blood loss,rapid recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function,etc.,is worthy of promotion and application in gynecological uterine fibroids excavation.
