孕妇镉暴露对新生儿生长发育的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究孕妇镉暴露对新生儿的生长发育影响的因素。方法通过把50例孕妇分成两组,暴露组25例,对照组25例,并对两组孕妇进行产前的尿样的收集,然后再进行对比,同时在产后对新生儿进行体重和头围的测量和一分半钟的阿普加评分,以及运用石墨炉原子吸收光谱的方法来检测孕妇尿样中的镉含量。结果暴露组尿镉的中位数中的尿肌酐与对照组相比,前者明显高于后者(P<0.01);但是暴露组的新生儿头围却低于对照组的头围(P<0.01);其中前者的阿普加评分低于对照组(P<0.01);结论经过对孕妇镉暴露的新生儿的生长发育进行分析,得出在电子垃圾拆解区中孕妇的镉暴露是高发区,而镉的暴露会在一定程度上对胎儿的发育有一定的影响。
