HR-HPV和TCT联合电子阴道镜检查对宫颈病变的诊断价值研究

Diagnostic value of HR-HPV and TCT combined with electronic colposcopy for cervical lesions

目的分析总结对宫颈病变患者予以HR-HPV与TCT联合电子阴道镜检查的临床应用价值。方法选取本院于2018年3月~2019年3月期间检查治疗的118例宫颈病变患者为研究对象,予以HR-HPV并TCT联合电子阴道镜检查,对HR-HPV和TCT两种诊断方式敏感度与阳性率等指标进行分析比较。结果 HR-HPV检测阳性率为29.66%,明显高于TCT检测阳性率的18.64%;TCT检测敏感度为95.45%,明显高于HR-HPV检测的74.29%,差异都有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对宫颈病变者采用HR-HPV与TCT联合电子阴道镜下宫颈活检能够显著地提高诊断准确率。

Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical value of HR-HPV and TCT combined with electronic colposcopy in patients with cervical lesions. Methods 118 patients with cervical lesions who were examined and treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects. HR-HPV and TCT combined with electronic colposcopy were performed. The sensitivity and positive rate of HR-HPV and TCT were analyzed and compared. Results The positive rate of HR-HPV test was 29.66%, which was significantly higher than that of TCT test (18.64%, P<0.05). The sensitivity of TCT was 95.45%, which was significantly higher than that of HR-HPV (74.29%, P<0.05). Conclusion Cervical biopsy under electronic colposcopy combined with HR-HPV and TCT can significantly improve the diagnostic accuracy of cervical lesions.
