自由体位分娩法和分娩减痛法结合起来在初产顺产妇中的临床应用效果

目的探究初产顺产妇中应用自由体位分娩法与分娩减痛法相结合干预疗法的临床应用疗效。方法从本院收治的初产顺产妇中随机选取126位,以入院时间的先后顺序均分为体位组、减痛组以及联合组。比较三组产妇产程时间及分娩疼痛等级评分。结果体位组以及减痛组的产程时间以及分娩疼痛等级评分不具统计学差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),联合组的产程时间以及分娩疼痛等级低于体位组与减痛组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论初产顺产妇采取自由体位分娩法以及分娩减痛法的联合干预,能够缩短产妇产程时间,有效缓解产妇娩疼痛。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of free position delivery combined with labor pain reduction in parturient parturients.Methods 126 parturients were randomly selected from our hospital and divided into posture group,pain relief group and combined group according to the order of admission.The time of labor and the score of labor pain grade were compared among the three groups.Results There was no significant difference in the duration of labor and the score of labor pain grade between the posture group and the pain relief group (P>0.05). The duration of labor and the grade of labor pain in the combined group were signi ficantly lower than those in the posture group and the pain relief group (P<0.05).Conclusion At the beginning of The combined intervention of the free-body-position delivery method and the labor-reduction method can shorten the labor time of the parturient and effectively relieve the pain of the parturient.
