腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术治疗卵巢囊肿的有效性及安全性研究

The efficacy and safety of laparoscopic ovarian cyst excision in the treatment of ovarian cysts

目的探讨腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术在卵巢囊肿中的治疗效果以及安全性。方法取60例卵巢囊肿患者参与此次研究,患者均于2016年1月~2018年1月入院进行治疗。随机均等分组,对照组予以常规开腹手术治疗、实验组予以腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术治疗,每组患者30例。将记录两组患者临床数据差异。结果实验组的产妇在应用腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术治疗后,术中出血量、手术时间、住院留管时间及术后肛门首次排气时间均比对照组产妇优秀。P<0.05,具统计学意义。结论对卵巢囊肿患者实施腹腔镜下卵巢囊肿切除术治疗,可改善患者的病情症状,患者预后恢复较快。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy in ovarian cysts.Methods Sixty patients with ovarian cysts were enrolled in this study.All patients were hospitalized from January 2016 to January 2018.The control group was treated with routine laparotomy and the experimental group was treated with laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection.Each group had 30 cases.The difference of clinical data between the two groups will be recorded.Results the treatment of the experimental group is ideal,and the amount of bleeding is less.Data comparison shows that P<0.05 has statistical significance.The operation time of the two groups is similar,P>0.05 is not statistically significant.The prognosis of the experimental group is ideal,the postoperative complication rate is low,the hospitalization time is shorter,and the anal exhaust time is shorter.Data comparison shows that P<0.05 has statistical significance.Conclusion the treatment of ovarian cysts by laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy can improve the symptoms of the patients,and the prognosis of the patients can be recovered quickly.
