综合护理用于妊娠高血压综合征患者产后护理中的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of comprehensive nursing in postpartum care of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome

目的探讨分析综合护理用于妊娠高血压综合征患者产后护理中的效果。方法选择我院2016年4月~2018年12月期间收治的30例妊娠高血压综合征患者作为对象,根据随机数表法将其分成两组,设为对照组和研究组,每组占15例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组实施综合护理,对比观察护理效果。结果研究组干预后的SAS评分及SDS评分都比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组子痫发生率低于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论妊娠高血压综合征产后护理中,综合护理的作用显著,建议推广。

Objective To explore and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing in postpartum care of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome.Methods Thirty patients with pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH) admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to December 2018 were selected as subjects and divided into two groups according to random number table method.They were divided into control group and research group,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the research group was given comprehensive nursing,and the effect of nursing was compared and observed.Results The SAS and SDS scores of the study group after intervention were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significance (P<0.05);the incidence of eclampsia in the study group was lower than that of the control group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing plays an important role in postpartum nursing of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome,and it is recommended to popularize it.
