校企合作背景下高职院校培养大学生创业能力的路径

The Path of Training College Students’ Entrepreneurial Ability in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of School-Enterprise Cooperation

产教融合、校企合作是职业教育的基本办学模式。校企合作模式既对企业有利,也对学校有利。因此,高职院校在校企合作背景下培养大学生创业能力,培养学生自主创业意识,这对学校的发展以及培养更加合格的创业型人才有着积极的作用。文章分析了校企合作背景下高职院校大学生创业能力的影响因素,同时探讨了校企合作背景下高职院校培养大学生创业能力的路径。

Industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation are the basic mode of vocational education.The mode of school-enterprise cooperation is beneficial to both enterprises and schools.Therefore,under the background of school-enterprise cooperation,higher vocational colleges cultivate college students’entrepreneurial ability and their awareness of independent entrepreneurship,which has a positive effect on the development of schools and the cultivation of more qualified entrepreneurial talents.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of college students’entrepreneurial ability and discusses the path of cultivating college students’entrepreneurial ability in higher vocational colleges in the context of school-enterprise cooperation.
