摘要
为加强长输管道的完整性管理,有效降低管道安全运行风险,需及时了解管道运行状态及管道周围的生产活动,以期在危险发生前消除危险源,但目前管道运行监测方法主要以事后报警为主,不具备预警功能。介绍了一种预警系统即光纤预警系统,以其在非洲中部地区某原油管道中的应用为例,统计系统监测到的第三方活动信息,分析其类型及在空间和时间上的分布规律,应用定性风险评价方法识别管道风险程度,提出针对性的风险消减措施,实现了对管道沿线风险的有效管控。
In order to strengthen the integrity management of long-distance pipeline and effectively reduce operation risks,it is necessary to watch pipeline operating status and production activities surrounding the pipeline in time,which can eliminate the hazard before it happens.However,current pipeline operation monitoring system using alarms does not have early warning function.This article introduced an optic fiber forewarning system applied for a crude oil pipeline system in Africa.The forewarning system helped to perform pipeline risk control through collecting the data of the third-party activities,analyzing the temporal and spatial distribution of data,and identifying hazard grade effectively.
