现代学徒制作为世界范围内技术技能人才培养的重要组织形式,目前正在全国各地广泛开展教学改革试点。以地方性职业院校为研究对象,通过对改革试点过程中存在的主要困难与原因分析,提出加强政策、体系、资源协同,加快教育型企业建设,以保障现代学徒制改革持续深入发展。

Modern apprenticeship is an important organizational form for the training of technical talents worldwide,which is being implemented in pilot teaching reform throughout the country.Taking local vocational colleges as the research object,the paper analyzes the main difficulties and causes in the reform pilot process,and proposes to strengthen the coordination of policies,systems,and resources to speed up the construction of educational enterprises to ensure the continuous and in-depth development of modern apprenticeship reform.
